Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, the areas or price range you are interested in, and your messages. We may also receive basic technical information from the website host, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to your requests; to send home value reports, property searches and listings you ask for; to contact you by phone, email or text message about real estate services when you have agreed to this; and to keep records required for our business.
Text messages
If you opt in, we may send text messages about real estate services, appointments, home values and listings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing ibrahim.hinds@compass.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent phone numbers to third parties for their promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our brokerage’s CRM and email tools), with parties to a transaction you ask us to help with (for example a lender, escrow or title company), with another licensed agent if you ask us to refer you, or when the law requires it.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing ibrahim.hinds@compass.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email and stop texts by replying STOP.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
